Orders and availability
Orders are requests for flowers, add-ons, delivery, or pickup. We confirm availability, delivery schedule, and final order details before fulfillment. Fresh flowers, colors, fillers, wraps, and add-ons are subject to availability; where a requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a suitable substitute, revised delivery time, or cancellation.
Prices and payment
Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout are in Philippine pesos. Website orders may require availability confirmation before payment instructions or a secure payment link is sent. Payment is not considered confirmed until verified by the shop. We do not collect card, bank, or e-wallet credentials on this website.
Delivery and pickup
Please provide accurate recipient contact and address details. Delivery times are preferred windows and may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access rules, recipient availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to contact you or the recipient when delivery cannot be completed.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate order, contact, payment, delivery, and authorization details. Personalized note messages and special instructions are your responsibility. We may refuse an order that is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
